Attorney Watson spoke with WEAR Channel 3 about the recent International Paper Mill explosion. International Paper is offering money to residents affected by the explosion.
"Anytime someone comes to your home offering you money after a claim such as this, your ears should perk up," said Watson.
The Watson Firm, PLLC is currently investigating the paper mill blast and potential claims to be brought by residents. Watson advises that any settlement a claim with the paper mill should include compensation for devaluation of property, medical monitoring, soil testing, property damage, loss of business income, loss of wages, and personal injury claims to name a few.
